‘Protect Public Art’ Movement - Lexington, Kentucky

“ATHENS OF THE WEST”, a painted horse by Sarah Heller, created for the Horsemania exhibition and sponsored by Athenian Grill. The work was damaged while on public display, prompting a broader community conversation and movement advocating for the protection of public art.
